Amelda is an AI-powered advertising automation platform designed for Shopify merchants. We help you create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok using artificial intelligence.
Account Terms
You must have an active Shopify store to use Amelda. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. Amelda does not guarantee specific advertising performance or results.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Amelda for prohibited products, misleading advertisements, or any activity that violates Shopify, Google, Meta, or TikTok advertising policies.
Intellectual Property
AI-generated content created for your campaigns is yours to use. Amelda retains all rights to the underlying technology, platform, algorithms, and proprietary systems.
Payment Terms
A free tier is available with limited features. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled before the end of the billing period.
Limitation of Liability
Amelda is not liable for ad performance, advertising platform policy changes, or third-party service disruptions. Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
